Why stage my home?
Potential buyers make their decision instantly on their
first impression, whether it is the pictures on your
realtors website or in person. You want that first
impression to be inviting to as many potential buyers as
possible and to sell for top dollar. Sitting on the
market because of a bad first impression can be very
expensive!

What is the process for home staging?
We
begin with a consultation –
listening to your needs and expectations. This includes
a thorough walk-through of the home and property.
Together, we evaluate each room with a buyer's eye.
Photos of rooms will be taken at this time and after the
staging. The consultation will address the best features
and any challenges of the home. We will give you service
package options. Once you have decided on the services
you would like, the staging begins. We will then perform
hands-on staging using as much of your existing
furnishings as possible and adding a few accessories, if
needed. For vacant homes, we can provide furniture
rental services, if requested.

How much does it cost?
We will be happy to come out and give you a proposal
depending on the services you would like.

How long does it take to stage a home?
1/2– 2 days, depending on the services requested.

Do you work with my real estate agent?
Yes, partnering with your real estate agent benefits
everyone. Our job is to get your home ready for your
realtor to sell it. Many realtors will recommend that
you stage your home because they know that staging
works!

No, we offer a variety of home enhancement services listed
on our service page.
